What is Redo Coverage?

When you opt-in for Redo coverage at checkout, your return shipping label will be covered for free!

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy, meaning refunds will still incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds:

• Must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packing list.
• Final sale or special promotional code items are not eligible for refunds.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunded items.
• If you purchased Redo coverage at checkout, your return label will be free, but the 10% restocking fee will still apply for refunds

Exchanges and store credit:

• Must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Note: All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

• For international returns, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
