Standard Issue’s Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy 

Shipping Method

  • Our standard domestic shipping and international includes a combination of USPS, UPS and DHL. 

Shipping Cost and Delivery Times 

  • Standard Domestic: $5.00 (Est. Delivery Time 2-7 business days)
  • International: Cost may vary (Est. Delivery Time 5-14 business days)

Please note all Duty/Tax/Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

 

Refunds & Exchanges (USA online only)

Refunds:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packing list.
  • Final sale or special promotional code items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all refunded items.

Exchanges and store credit:

  • Must be requested within 45 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Standard Issue will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges and store credit within the first 30 days after purchase.
  • If the request is made between 31-45 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Note: All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

  • For international returns, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. 

Standard Issue reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policies. Returns that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
